Return and Payment Policy

1. Payment

All payments on this website are processed securely through trusted payment providers such as Mollie, iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, or other supported options.
The listed price includes VAT, unless otherwise stated. After successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the digital product via email or direct download.

2. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment. You will receive a personal download link or an email with direct access to the file.
If you haven’t received the email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder. For any issues, contact us at info@kartingmaster.com.

3. Right of Withdrawal

As this is a digital product with immediate delivery, the legal 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the download or access has started.

By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal.

This exception is permitted under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and corresponding national legislation.

4. Refunds

No refunds will be issued for digital products that have been correctly delivered.
If you experience technical problems or did not receive access, please contact us within 7 days at info@kartingmaster.com , and we will assist you promptly.

5. Fraud and Misuse

It is strictly prohibited to:

  • Copy, share, or resell this product or any included files

  • Distribute the product via email, social media, file-sharing platforms, or other means

  • Modify, publish, or repurpose any part of the product

Each digital file is watermarked with personal identifiers, both visible and hidden, to track unauthorized distribution.

Legal Consequences of Misuse

If unauthorized sharing, duplication, or resale is detected:

  • Immediate revocation of access will be enforced

  • A monetary penalty of up to €2,500 per violation may be imposed, depending on the nature and scale of the breach

  • Legal action will be pursued under copyright law (EU Directive 2001/29/EC and local copyright acts)

  • All administrative, legal, and recovery costs will be charged to the offender

We reserve the right to report copyright violations to relevant legal authorities and enforcement bodies.
